Amy found her home in yoga in 1996 with friends from her running club. Her yoga foundation is in the Inyengar tradition. The motivating force behind her teaching is to help students access body awareness and mindful living. Thankful to have found a way to reach personal peace and mental balance on a regular basis, Amy is committed to helping her students live more peacefully and deepen their own yoga practice. Her classes are nurturing and supportive. Amy teaches Tuesday 8:00am PiYo class, helps out at the front desk, and often substitutes for other classes. She is also available for private Yoga.
