Sound Method Yoga

Mandy and her crew at Sound Method Yoga are simply amazing!  The studio is refreshing and the class offerings are BEST IN CLASS!  Mandy has a calm, welcoming voice that allows my mind and body to completely sink into the mat.  I recently practiced with her and a group of fine young men and women at her first Yoga at the Vineyard 1/2 Day Retreat.  It was a beautiful, warm day ... the birds were chirping and having a grand time while we practiced our slow flow series.

Really like the new studio!  Took the beginners class with Priscilla tonight.  I'm in the worst shape of my life but the class was perfect in intensity.  Looking forward to many lessons this year. :)

First time ever doing a yoga class, outside of the Wii. Mandy was great, a very good instructor, and her teacher's aide was extremely helpful in assisting those of us who needed some extra instruction. The studio was pleasant and the incense very calming. I look forward to my next beginners class.

I was in town visiting some family. Thanks for letting me join in with this great studio and and awesome class! It's just what I needed!

A friend had been encouraging me to come to a class for a long time so Finally I went.  Awesome experience.  I went again the following week and plan to continue . I had different instructors each visit and both were awesome  and the  environment was inviting and left me with a feeling of  strength.

The studio space is beautiful and clean! The staff was very welcoming and I really enjoyed the yin class I took - extremely relaxing, yet challenging. Looking forward to many more classes!

I love Sound Method Yoga!  It's a great studio and I absolutely love the owner, Mandy.  I'm so happy it has reopened in such a great space.  The new studio is beautiful, spacious and very accomodating.  Today I took the yin/yang class for the first time and it was great.  I will take it again.  It was very fun and not too challenging but challenging enough to achieve a feeling a accomplishment.  Welcome back Sound Method Yoga!

I am an old (in many ways) client of Sound Method, and the new location has enhanced the yoga experience there, if that's possible. The move has only made it warmer and friendlier, and the ambiance is perfect. Welcome back, SMY. You were missed.
