Mandy created a comfortable environment for my introduction to yoga. I felt hopeful and confident to continue taking yoga instruction.
I began doing yoga in 2008 to help me physically as I aged and to decrease stress. It has been a great journey leading me to teach yoga and share its benefits with others. I became a 200 hour Yoga Alliance certified yoga teacher in December 2013. I continued my yoga training/education to further aid myself and others in our world of static postures by earning my Chair Yoga Certification in November 2016. Yoga has taught me the importance of breath & alignment with each yoga pose for overall wellness and peace. I enjoy working with my students to make their yoga practice their own by helping to guide them on their path.
