Twenty-seven years ago I attended a group fitness class that launched me into teaching group exercise. It changed my life forever. I still love to inspire others to be their authentic self.
A busier than average work life eventually took its toll. After experiencing cardiac challenges, it was time to create balance. Although I had taught multiple fitness formats over the years, I was excited to discover during my recovery that yoga provided me with the physical and mental connection I needed to manage stress. I teach yoga to help others disconnect from daily stress.
I impart my love of music and freedom of expression in my life. My goal is to help people take a moment for themselves while creating a fun and positive environment for practice.
I enjoy reading, dancing, listening to music, Mexico vacations, singing, and spending time with my family.
