Mandy created a comfortable environment for my introduction to yoga. I felt hopeful and confident to continue taking yoga instruction.
Yoga has been a part of my life on and off for the last 22 years. The joy of raising four children kept me from regular practice until 2009. I came back to the mat and completed a 200 Hour Teacher Training in Feb. 2012. My teaching career began with kids’ and family yoga, which instantly taught me not to take myself too seriously. Above all, my yoga has taught me to strive for patience with myself and the world.
I like to take the intimidation factor out of yoga and promote a welcoming environment. My classes seek to physically challenge and emotionally center. I try to weave music into the class that fuels a moving meditation. My goal is always to let you leave class feeling better than when you entered.
I am passionate about travel, wine, music, friendship and yoga.
