and to apply every single day of your life. New to College
Park Yoga students or students who have been injured, will benefit
from our energetic and light-hearted, beginner-friendly yoga
classes. We teach the yoga mindset, breath work, and
alignment in an easy to learn format. Nothing about CPY is
about trying to lure you with a party atmosphere, beer and
complimentary glow-in-the-dark sticks. We will offer you something
else. Something that will benefit you for the rest of your
life. Which to us, is more important! We actually take
care of you and your body and help you get more out of life than a
few chemical highs. Here, we offer you a natural high that is
