I love the place. The studio is bright and spacious and the teachers are very dedicated and knowledgeable. There are many styles of yoga for you to choose. I want to tone my body and calm my mind so I chose Yoga Flow. At first, I found some of the poses very challenging but with the help of the teachers, Flow helps me to notice and listen to my body to find the rhythm and movements that I am comfortable with and the poses get easier and I always feel so good and accomplished after a session. It is really amazing experience I have at Elation Studio !!!

Her many trainings include: Hatha Yoga Training with Yogi Vishvketu and Chetana Panwar; Ashtanga and Power Yoga Training with industry pioneers, Beryl Bender-Birch, David Swenson and Brian Kest; as well as Sports Nutrition Certification Training, and national certifications in fitness and CORE Training. Donna was nominated for the Y-Women of Distinction Award for Active Living.
