I love the place. The studio is bright and spacious and the teachers are very dedicated and knowledgeable. There are many styles of yoga for you to choose. I want to tone my body and calm my mind so I chose Yoga Flow. At first, I found some of the poses very challenging but with the help of the teachers, Flow helps me to notice and listen to my body to find the rhythm and movements that I am comfortable with and the poses get easier and I always feel so good and accomplished after a session. It is really amazing experience I have at Elation Studio !!!
Cindy graduated with honours from Algonquin College as a Registered Nurse in 1995. She has always been pulled to care and nurture for others. Cindy discovered yoga in 2012. Prior to this she was physically active as a self proclaimed ‘gym rat’. After being injured in a car accident she was forced to change the direction of her life. No longer able to work out in the gym she turned to yoga. Her new love for yoga led her to recently complete the 200-hour Yoga Alliance Instructor training. This training deepened not only her physical practice but also her spiritual practice. Cindy tries to live a natural and chemical free lifestyle. She believes we should be non-judgmental and accept ourselves, our bodies and others. Cindy brings this mindset and her naturally positive attitude to her classes.
