“Before beginning our session, Jackie had prepped the space by smoke cleansing with Palo Santo and created an atmosphere of comfort and ease with dimmed lighting, music & incense (after asking if I had any aversions). She began our session with some deep breathing and her soothing voice helped me relax and be open to receiving and allowing the energetics to flow through my body. I felt a transfer of energy from my right to my left side. She finished with a sound bath using her heart chakra singing bowl. My soul is rejuvenated and I am still feeling peaceful the following day.”
