I love this place!
In regards to the studio as a whole, it's amazing and I love the flexibility of: classes, class length, and schedule (they even have classes on Holidays which is a gift!). I first came here after struggling with recovery for a back injury resulting from a car accident. The heat combined with yoga and pilates have helped alleviate my symptoms to the point where I am almost fully healed. I've been attending classes here since March and I can feel the difference. I started with Power Flow only and gradually made my way through trying all the classes offered. Besides Flow, the Fusion and Pilates classes are a great workout for all fitness levels, especially if you have a back injury.
The instructors are all knowledgeable and allow you to make the class your own. For example, with my back issues I haven't been able to “complete,” certain poses or transitions, when the instructor notices they voice a modification or two for the room. This allows anyone modifying their poses to feel at ease and welcome.
The operation of the studio is very smooth. Any miscommunication or hiccup I've had was handled promptly and to my satisfaction. The management is also very understanding with any and all questions. The staff here is welcoming and engaging, you can tell they believe in the practice and want the best for their clientele.
Overall, I feel better holistically after every visit and it keeps me coming back for more. I recommend the studio without reservation and I can't wait to see what classes they incorporate next.
See you there!
Why I yoga: I was a mixture of a competitive cheerleader and coach for 23 years and found yoga to be an amazing transition into my adult years. Yoga challenges me to push my limits and be still at the same time. I’ve learned it’s a journey and not a destination. My practice allows me to become more in sync with my body and mind (such yoga talk) and become aware of where I’m at and where I want to go (metaphorically and literally).
