I am grateful to have a daily opportunity to practice Curative Yoga series with Naaderji, who is wise, compassionate, and extremely patient with understanding.  His dedication to spreading the teachings of Masters in the simplest and easy to understand way and joy to others is marvelous.  His way of teaching opens up my mind and heart that is beyond words can depict.  The Curative Yoga series that Naaderji composed of is unique in that it helps with all of our five bodies including our physical, mental and emotional well-being.  Having Naaderji's insightful guidance is priceless.  This is the ninth year of practice and I value every minute of it.  A shout out to my teacher Carolina as well, for her everlasting faith, her devotion, her caring support through these nine years.  Despite the ups and downs of life and the constraints of the pandemic, they are there for us, with their love, light, encouragement, and wisdom.  I’m fortunate to be at home.  Namaste.
