Love this studio and what it offers to the community! With a focus on inclusivity and yoga at its roots for healing, classes are accessible and transformative (just as they should be!) Grateful that they offer online classes as well so I can practice from anywhere :)
She is concerned with the intersection between Yoga and social justice, and hopes to develop her teaching practice alongside further study of Somatics, trauma, and human rights advocacy. She has taught Yoga as a volunteer at the Center for Hispanic Policy & Advocacy (Providence), The Dimock Center (Boston), & Girls Rock! RI.
Allie is a multi-disciplinary artist fascinated by resonance: whether in sound & speech, color & light, or the body electric. She received a BA in Literary Arts with an honors in Poetry from Brown University, where she also studied improvisational movement & typographic design. She is a recent graduate of Breathing Time's 2019 Viniyoga Teacher Training (RYT 200 hours).
