I took my first class today virtually and I really enjoyed it. Before Covid I was attending yoga once a week in Massachusetts and then we moved and I couldn’t seem to get on track, so glad I found Breathing Time Yoga- now I can enjoy yoga!
Julie Bannon has been a dedicated yoga practitioner for 14 years in a variety of styles. She earned her Anusara 200 hour Yoga Teacher Immersion and Training certificate in June of 2019 with Sara Davidson Flanders. She successfully completed 35 hours of study and practice in yin yoga asana & anatomy, five element & basic meridian alignment theories of TCM, & mindfulness basics as applied to yin yoga. This Yin Yoga Immersion Training was led by Tracey M. Sondik, Psy.D., E-RYT and Jenn Thomas, RYT in November of 2019. Julie is passionate about making yoga accessible to everybody and welcomes all students. She is a trained practitioner of Neelakantha Meditation which has brought her a deeper connection to herself and the yogic philosophy. She is enthusiastic about sharing the benefits of yoga with others.
