Siobhan

As a marathon runner, and athlete, with a love for competitive sports, Siobhan first came to her mat in college when her mother convinced her that yoga would be a good supplemental exercise. It wasn’t until a few years later, after leaving a stressful job and feeling lost, that Siobhan found herself returning to her mat each day to find connection, clarity and comfort in her body. This practice began a journey of self-discovery, compassion, and healing.
With the goal of sharing this experience with others, Siobhan completed her 200 hour training at Back Bay Yoga under the guidance of Lynne Begier, Ryan Cunningham and Caitlyn Graham, to whom she will be forever grateful. Siobhan Also completed a Therapeutic Yoga Training with Kate Graham....
