I got the 10 class pack. Well worth it. Cindy and all the instructors are extremely welcoming, especially to newbies like me and can work with any fitness level. Doing the Sunday Ashtanga yoga series has improved my balance flexibility and strength. Doing the yin yoga is great for unwinding after a busy work week. Can not tell you enough how much I enjoy the classes and the people here. 10/10 would recommend. You won’t regret it.
