Number one….I never write reviews…however, this place!! Omgoodness….the vibe here is very special, so welcoming…I never want to leave, when I’m there! I’m 63 years old, I’ve been through trauma and death in the last few months. This beautiful place is helping me heal emotionally. I’ve been terribly inactive and can feel my muscles and joints healing, after a very short time. It’s a special place, the yoga instructors are AHHHHMAZING. I’ve had 3 different ones, each so uniquely different from each other, but all beautiful humans, with so much to offer. HIGHLY, HIGHLY recommend
