I’ve been practising at AYA since 2010 and still love it today. Incredible teachers, a beautiful environment, the perfect variety of classes and the timing of classes throughout the week is ideal. Great for newbies and experienced practitioners alike. Couldn’t recommend it highly enough!

I’ve had many excuses through Covid, it’s now time to return to AYA, certainly my favourite Yoga studio in Melbourne, a number of good ones but never found a better one than AYA.

"Release & Rest" with Keigo was a great class to attend on a Sunday evening. I enjoyed the opportunity to check in with my breath and find stillness, as well as move my body in flowing active postures. It was the perfect way to end a busy weekend! Thank you!

I just finished phil's energising flow online class and it was amazing I felt like I m doing it in the studio.He was checking me during the class n correcting my wrong postures too I would love too be in his online class regularly now.
