The slow & strong class with Nik is so restorative and empowering. I loved that he said, " even real trees sway in the breeze, it's okay if you wobble," and, "it's not a performance, it's a practice." His instructions were clear and easy to understand which is great for someone like me who's been practicing for years but not all that consistently. When I left I felt melty and boneless in the best way. Definitely take Nik's class if you're looking for yoga that will simultaneously relax and invigorate you!
