Therapeutic yoga combines the techniques of restorative yoga (postures incurred by holders or executed at yopga wall), gentle yoga (postures simple long-held), pranayama (breathing techniques), guided visualization techniques. The blend makes the practice soft but effective at the same time and provides an opportunity to take a break from the bustle of the outside world and access to the innate wisdom that resides in each one.
The lesson takes place in a heated environment to evoke a feeling of pleasant warmth and encourage maximum muscle relaxation.
