Since I have started my practice with House of Yogi, I feel more vibrant, strong, at peace. ALL the instructors are knowledgeable and helpful. I have told all my friends and family to please come and take class with me. I promise you will be hooked!
Angela Brush is a former gymnast and has been practicing yoga since 2000. Regular yoga practice changed her life as it provided relief from chronic spine pain and migraines. She received her RYT-200 in 2015 from Bird Rock Yoga and has been teaching regularly since. She is passionate about teaching mindful and powerful yoga sequences that strengthen and tone while getting you to laugh and be confident. She is also a geologist working in environmental consulting and is passionate about being one with Earth. She strongly cares for people and the planet and provides a comfortable environment for all levels. Students are encouraged to love themselves, laugh, and get playful.
