Cara Levitt is a certified ERYT-500 Aerial Yoga teacher. She is enthusiastic about aerial yoga, and has been practicing almost daily since October of 2012. She has been practicing Ashtanga Yoga, Hot Yoga, Vinyasa Flow Yoga, and Pilates since 2005. As connoisseur of group exercise classes, Cara has experience in Dance Fitness, TRX, Cardio-Kickboxing and Crossfit. She has found aerial yoga to be the most beneficial for her mind, body and spirit. She has a background in the healing arts and is a Master’s level, Board Certified Art Therapist. She is committed to bringing health and wellness to others. Teaching yoga is a new venture for Cara, since participating in the Flying Yoga Teacher Training program at Circusoul, she has gained a deeper level of understanding aerial yoga. Cara is also a Yoga Teacher Trainer, and teaches Aerial yoga teacher trainings, and well as RYT200 yoga teacher trainings.
