I have really enjoyed every practice I have received at this studio. The energy is so calming. Each class feels accessible although there is the option to challenge or be gentle on yourself.
Jessica Miller became a movement nerd at age 14 when she began weight lifting and martial arts. She began her yoga journey several years later as a way to heal her injuries. She is now a physical therapist assistant and uses yoga as a tool to help others heal. Even though she enjoys a vigorous yoga practice herself, she enjoys teaching yoga basics the most. Jess also enjoys receiving and giving Vedic Thai Yoga sessions.
