Diane Sahadath has three major passions: her family, dogs and fitness. Fitness has played a significant role in her life for over 20 years, having spent many hours in the gym weight-lifting, running, taking spin classes and training in boxing and Muay Thai. Approximately 10 years ago, she added yoga to the mix. Yoga always brought great peace and quieted her mind, leaving her feeling lighter after each class. At the time, Diane was a police officer for the City of Toronto and yoga provided an outlet for the daily stressors of the job. Two years ago, an opportunity presented itself, which brought Diane and her family to Sarasota, from Toronto, Canada. It was here, she found Circusoul and developed an even deeper appreciation for yoga, which then became a mainstay of her fitness schedule. The amazing instructors at Circusoul inspired her to take the RYT-200 training under Kerry Tice and Cara Levitt. Diane hopes to share with her students the feeling of peace and lightness yoga has brought to her life, an appreciation for fitness and perhaps share a few Canadian euphemisms in the process.
