I have really enjoyed every practice I have received at this studio. The energy is so calming. Each class feels accessible although there is the option to challenge or be gentle on yourself.
Paul has been practicing yoga since 2014. He began his yoga practice for injury prevention from his martial arts training. However, he has now committed the majority of his physical training to his yoga practice. He believes “Yoga is the martial art you do against yourself.” With that said, he wants to help create Yoga Warriors. He wants to help people become Spiritual Ninjas that can handle any problem or situation life hands them. He is also a physical therapist assistant and uses yoga as a tool to help others heal. Paul is an outgoing and charismatic motivator that has a genuine passion for helping others achieve their goals.
