A friend persuaded me to try yoga about six years ago, and I was hooked! When I first started, I was in it for the strength and flexibility it brought my body (years of low back pain - gone!). What I didn’t expect were all the additional benefits - stress reduction, mental focus and clarity, and a deep sense of calm and connection. Yoga has the power to heal us mentally, physically, and spiritually, and that’s why I teach - to share that healing with bodies of all shapes, sizes, and abilities. My personal practice blends alignment-based Vinyasa with elements of Yin, Gentle, and Restorative yoga. I’m so grateful to CircuSoul for being my yoga family and guiding me on this journey, in particular my RYT-200 teachers Kerry Tice, Erin Cranston, and Cara Levitt.
