I have been practicing Pilates for over 4 years. At 73, I know first hand the limitations of a senior body which is why I developed this class. Because I have fibromyalgia and arthritis, I also understand chronic pain. The gentle stretching and strengthening of muscles through pilates has eased my pain and kept me moving and active. Strengthening our muscles protects our joints. When our joints become stiff, we stop moving. We know what happens when we stop moving, right? Come join our class and get moving again!
