I absolutely love ripple yoga! I live right next door so it's extremely convenient. It's a small space which is a part of its charm, it feels like I'm doing yoga in my own house. All levels of experience are welcome and it's so inviting and a great experience. There's room to begin and grow. Every instructor and yogi is attentive and kind and it's not intimidating as I've found with some other studios with advanced yogis. There's plenty of variation and adjustments for everyone. This is probably my favorite place that I have ever done yoga at. I only wish that I could afford to go more often but when I do get to go it is worth every penny.

Welcome to Ripple Yoga, a neighborhood studio in South Lake Union that is a truly unique yoga experience. At Ripple Yoga, you don’t have to worry about being new to Yoga, we teach to all levels in a comforting and relaxed atmosphere. We understand that everyone has a different body shape and don’t teach or push students into shapes that their bodies are not ready to make. There is no intimidation, only the supporting teaching style of the owners of the studio, Kim and Gary, who teach most of the classes. We even teach the Restorative with Reiki class together sometimes! We encourage every student to feel the effect of their practice in their own mind, body and emotions and to grow according to their own timeline and goals and have a profound interest in your growth as a student. Whether you would like a rigorous Vinyasa flow, a relaxing restorative practice or the more traditional Yoga practices that Gary brought back from his six-month 2,000 hour teacher training course in India, we have a practice to meet your Yoga goals. As a student at Ripple Yoga, you will learn how to integrate Yoga into your life, utilizing the mind, body and breath to become the best that you can be! Yoga can be viewed as a way of life and conscious evolution that teaches us how to live in a state of love and happiness.
