Yin Yoga focuses on longer passive holds, relaxing the muscles and increasing flexibility. It serves as a great compliment to a vinyasa or ashtanga practice. The longer holds increase the resting length of deeper connective tissue. Yin is also a great way to relax, recharge, and bring calmness to a busy lifestyle.
