“Amazing” is a great way to describe the Restorative yoga class that I just attended!! I wish I could carry the feeling it left me with through the rest of my life. I definitely recommend it and will take the class every chance I get.

Practicing for over 25 years, teaching for over 17, and training
teachers since 2006, Eva is certified in Soma Yoga and Prana Yoga,
both styles of hatha yoga that stress the importance of the
mind-body-spirit connection and incorporate pranayama (breathing)
and the subtle energy system (chakras, nadis, koshas…) into their
teachings. She also has a certificate in instructing Pranayama from
Ashram Yoga, NZ and is a Certified Mudra Teacher. She is a White
Light Reiki Master, Holy Fire III Reiki Master, and Thai Yoga
Bodywork certified (Level 2), and registered with Yoga Alliance as
an E-RYT500 (Experienced Registered Yoga Teacher) and YACEP (Yoga
Alliance Continuing Education Provider). Former
co-owner/co-director of The Yoga Studio in Fair Haven, Eva is the
co-creator and director of Padme Yoga Teacher Training. She
integrates aspects of alignment technique, pranayama, yoga
philosophy and spirituality, meditation and relaxation into her
classes, offering her students an opportunity to journey with her
into the peace and stillness that we each have at our core. She has
a B.A. in Art from Monmouth University, and is a C.R.T. (Certified
Respiratory Therapist) with an A.A.S. in Respiratory Care. She has
a deep understanding of the body and breath from a scientific point
of view as well as the yogic point of view, and a creative approach
to putting them together in her classes.
Eva believes that we can each use our unique set of assets in body, mind, and spirit to work into and through our challenges to create a balanced and empowered life. She has created a space of acceptance and non-judgement at Blue Moon Yoga, making sure that ALL practitioners feel welcome, regardless of their experience, age, or body type. She continues her education at every opportunity through attending workshops and seminars in person and on line and continually reading and studying. We should never stop learning and challenging ourselves!
