“Amazing” is a great way to describe the Restorative yoga class that I just attended!! I wish I could carry the feeling it left me with through the rest of my life. I definitely recommend it and will take the class every chance I get.
5 stars for sure

A Monmouth County native, Liz has been teaching yoga since April 2006. Always athletic, she began biking and competing in local 5K races as an adult and discovered yoga along the way to incorporate regular stretching. Initially she enjoyed yoga for the physical benefits, but over time welcomed the ‘mind-body’ balance and non-competitive environment it offered. Yoga practice soon became a regular part of her weekly routine. She is a registered member of Yoga Alliance and the Kripalu Yoga and Ayurveda Association.
Liz completed her 200-hour teacher training at Brahma Yoga Spa, Sea Bright in April 2006 and her 500-hour certification through YogaWorks, NYC in August, 2013.
More recently, Liz’s teaching style has focused on ‘Yoga for Healthy Aging’ for active adults, as inspired by the blog www.yogaforhealthyaging.blogspot.com . These practices safely challenge balance, flexibility, stability and agility to allow students to maintain a healthy lifestyle. She is the first certified ‘Yoga for Healthy Aging’ teacher in NJ.
