Yoga Studio

There are 7 yoga studios within 10 mins of my house. I drive 20+ mins (on a good day), to take classes here. The instructors are lovely, the atmosphere is welcoming and I am so grateful to have found this studio.

 Our
philosophy is No Judgement, so we offer plenty of permission
language to rest and teach you how to modify postures if
needed.
Yoga is a
practice that you learn over time, and there are both beginners and
seasoned students enjoying classes together, therefore our
instructors create a space where everyone feels
accepted.
No
expectations, just enjoy.
Conveniently
located in the Murabella shopping area off of SR 16.
