So great! Loved being able to attend class from my backyard and this class kicked my butt. There are so many classes I can't attend due to work schedule but will try to take advantage of working from home days!
Michelle is an E-RYT200 with a Bachelor's in Exercise Science & Rehabilitation. Her yoga journey began in 2004 with Bikram's style yoga. She started yoga to help rehabilitate strained muscles and soon enough her body began to crave the practice. When Michelle came to Yoga Den in 2016 she was looking for more than a physical practice, she was looking for mental clarity and peace of mind. She now knows yoga truly can heal the mind, body, and spirit.
Since her yoga teacher training in 2017 Michelle has received a certification in ' Yoga for Cancer ' through the Christina Phipps Foundation in which she has been able to offer free classes for cancer warriors & survivors. She has also been teaching in studios, schools, at Revival Physical Therapy, and at the Clay County Fair. Michelle has always had a desire to help people stay happy and healthy in this body. She hopes her students can find a sense of adventure in her class and play within the postures and within the mind.
