Non-pretentious, welcoming environment. Come as you are, no judgement here. Room is heated to the perfect temperature - warm, not uncomfortably hot. Great series of poses tp help with flexibility, strength and balance. Chelsea is a very down-to-earth, approachable and knowledgable teacher.
Val began her yoga journey in 2006 and quickly experienced the many benefits yoga has to offer. She earned her 200-hour Vinyasa certification at Pranava Yoga Center, Colorado Springs and has additional training in yin and restorative yoga. While her current focus is on gentle flows, yin and restorative, she draws on her Vinyasa roots for inspiration. Val moved to Steamboat Springs in 2017, and is enjoying everything the area has to offer. When not practicing yoga, she has an active outdoor life that includes skiing, hiking and camping with her husband and black lab.
