Kayla Houde

Kayla took her first yoga class at Yoga Moves in 2008 and since then yoga has become an essential part of her life. After a few years of practicing hot yoga and vinyasa, Kayla took a workshop with Ana Forrest and completely fell in love with the practice, especially its focus on breath and core strength. Kayla knew she wanted to teach Forrest yoga because it emphasizes showing up fully as our authentic selves and she loves bringing this to her students.
