In 2005, Kerri was introduced to Yoga by a friend who thought it could help her through a difficult period in her life. After a few down dogs and Vinyasa’s, Kerri was hooked!
Yoga created a significant change in Kerri’s reaction to stress and the way she looked at life in general. Due to the huge impact that yoga had on Kerri’s life, she wanted to share this knowledge and help others.
Kerri recently completed the 200 hour Teacher Training with David Magone and Mary Ellen Carroll. Kerri hopes that many people will come to love and benefit from yoga as much as she does!
