Lori's yoga journey began in 2006 when she took her first class. A lifetime fitness enthusiast she was surprised at how physically challenging the class was and intrigued by the calming effect the class had on her mind. The potent combination of movement and breath work soon became her (exercise) practice of choice. She set a New Year?s intention to complete Yoga Teacher training which she fulfilled in 2013. Lori loves anatomy and physiology, is a Registered Dietitian, is experienced in clinical research and currently teaches Biology at the High School level. She is fascinated with Ayurveda and appreciates both Eastern and Western perspectives on wellness and health. She incorporates these interests in her classes to provide students with a nourishing class for their body, mind and soul.
