I have been going to Cindy's for a week, so I really want to share my experience in here. Because my purpose is to lose weight, I choose Vinyasa which can help me. Since I have attended in this class, I feel better with my body.Thanks for this amazing classes. Dani began her yoga journey in 2011 when her older sister insisted she come take one of her Bikram classes. She instantly fell in love with the challenge of balancing the unification of movement and breath with the art of stilling the mind. She began teaching in 2013. She is a RYT 200 Yoga Alliance Certified Instructor and is currently working towards her 500 hour certification. She teaches Bikram, Vinyasa and Hot Pilates. She emphasizes on moving from the heart from a compassionate place within while listening to one's body. Dani helps her students find joy and laughter even through the most vigorous practice. She offers modifications and hands on adjustments. Dani believes that "the purpose of yoga is clarification of our individual field of consciousness and to connect to our inner light of awareness, our inner Self. Spiritual development involves conscious change and refinement-replacing one's unconscious, negative habitual patterns with conscious, positive, helpful practices that dissolve attachments and lead to a healthier, happy being.
