I have been going to Cindy's for a week, so I really want to share my experience in here. Because my purpose is to lose weight, I choose Vinyasa which can help me. Since I have attended in this class, I feel better with my body.Thanks for this amazing classes. Christa began her yoga journey at a young age when she realized her love for dynamic movement and personal growth unite on her yoga mat. Having come from a background in sports, she was drawn to the physical and mental challenging aspects of Heated Vinyasa and Ashtanga Vinyasa. She has obtained 200 hour certifications in both of these disciplines and balanced her understanding of the yoga practice with additional training in Yin Yoga. Christa has had the opportunity to study and teach at yoga teacher trainings abroad, namely Southeast Asia, as she enjoys traveling to immerse herself in nature and culture. Aside from her time spent on the mat, Christa builds wellness programs tailoring to her personal training client's needs and coaches various classes in the fitness realm. She has a special interest in practicing handstands/inversions while also continuing to further her knowledge bank of all things health and sports. Her values include authenticity, integrity, empathy, and openness to others. Through her teaching and interactions she aims to guide others towards moving better, feeling better, and realizing greater potentials through movement.
