I really benefitted and enjoyed my 1 on 1 class with Nivriti yesterday.  I appreciate the time taken to explain the postures and breathing techniques.  I felt so relaxed and energised after the class.  I slept so well and feel great today.  I can't wait to join regular classes.  Thank you!

Fabulous restorative yoga class on Wednesday night

Nivriti is a very good instructor and a master of her craft.
The classes are relaxing and enjoyable. I do pleased to be apart of this class

Enjoyed my first ever Yoga class last night and I think Restorative Yoga was a good choice for this 63yr old   lady with very tight muscles.
It was very relaxing and I felt that i had a good stretch .
What was even better was that I slept all night for the first time in many months .
I will be back next week

After my first class @ Nivriti's studio in a lovely setting, I felt centred and peaceful and I love that we set an intention at the beginning of the practice;
Although the class is serious, Nivriti has a fun-loving nature and a kindness that accommodates all levels of ability; I felt very relaxed and welcomed

As a beginner, it really helps when you have a gentle, kind, informative, and welcoming instructor like Nivriti. She helps you to properly position your body and explains the benefits it can do to your body. After a week long hours of seating in my work desk, the Hatha Yoga Slow Flow class helps ease and relax my body. Highly recommended.

I had my first  yoga class in 3 years today. By the  end of  the class I felt more relaxed than I have in years. I walked home slowly and enjoyed being in nature instead of hurrying... I also realised how exhausted I am and had a blissful afternoon nap. Thank you, Nivriti.

Mystique Moksha has been my best tool ever for stress reduction, better sleep, self care, and well being. Nivriti is definitely a gifted yoga teacher who does everything from her heart. I have lived in the area for close to twenty years and not ever come across a more authentic studio - I highly recommend her classes. Niviriti and her wonderful team of practitioners show genuine care and insight into all aspects of their teachings, no matter your experience. Pure bliss ☺ Thank you Nivriti.
