Nivriti completed
her post-graduation in Yoga Therapies from SVYASA,
India. Nivriti has been teaching yoga sessions for the last 15
years has completed more than 3000 hours of yoga training in Yoga
philosophy, yoga therapy training, Anatomy and Physiology, Yoga
Therapy for common ailments, Yoga therapy Camps for Diabetes, Yoga
therapy and other healing modalities. Her objective is to use
yoga as a tool for relaxation and happiness.
Corporate experience helped Nivriti
become a better teacher. She has been in the corporate environment
for 9 years and understands the stress and anxiety caused by
modern-day work culture. She was always active in sports while
pursuing her career, and when life offered her a chance to slow
down and take stock (after her first child), she decided to make
health & fitness her chosen profession.
Nivriti firmly believes that Yoga
adopted as a way of life facilitates a healthy life style. Her
sessions use yogic techniques and simple dynamics to achieve Action
in Relaxation. Sessions use complete knowledge and understanding of
yoga for Stress management and other ailments caused by modern day
lifestyles. Yoga sessions are modified for specific ailments and
help in the promotion of positive health. Sessions cover Sukshma
Vyayama, dynamics, basic and intermediate Yogasanas, Pranayama and
meditation.
Nivriti is a Certified Pranic
Healer and does pranic healing for common ailments and conducts
Twin Heart meditation sessions. She has assisted, worked and
supervised at various yoga centres, hospitals and Arogyadhama
(SVYASA). She has given therapeutic yoga sessions for depression,
obesity, PCOD, pre-natal, diabetes, anxiety related
issues. She runs special stress management workshops
for school teachers, corporate employees and runs children yoga
sessions for personality development on special school
holidays.
