I started attending Yoga WIld in November of 2019 because I found their focus to be wholesome and truly community-oriented. This is one of my favorite studios to attend and hope many others try them.
I started yoga when I was 17 and quickly fell into a deep love for the practice. Just a few years later I decided to leave college and pursue my dream of teaching yoga. In the summer of 2015 I was trained at the Yandara Yoga Institute in Mexico and as the years have gone on I continue to train with many incredible teachers who I am endlessly grateful for. My most recent training was the LAAIC teacher training with Talia Sutra and Julia Planine-Troiani in the French alps.
My classes are loving and playful. I teach from my heart, my goal is for my students to feel loved and accepted just as they are in the moment. I want all of my students to feel comfortable simply showing up in whatever condition they find themselves, knowing that there are never any expectations or judgments, only love.
Growing up I spent my time singing, dancing, and participating in musical theatre right here in Tacoma, all of which I still absolutely adore. My current passion project is a series of paintings. Art and the process of creation are my greatest joys!
