I am a recent graduate of Kripalu’s 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training. Additionally, I completed an Adaptive Yoga Training as I work towards my 500-hour certification.
A former mental health therapist, my practice involved helping people identify and address their goals and remove obstacles to success. I bring that part of myself to the yoga classroom: it is my goal to help students use the tools of yoga to become more integrated, healthier, and happier. And, ultimately, to create a space where students can discover and reach their goals.
I bring joy, humility, and patience to being a yoga teacher. Because ultimately, all of us are simply, and spectacularly, human, with all the beauty and imperfections that entails.
