For Morgan, yoga is finding opportunity for stability and spaciousness on and off the mat. She has explored yoga and meditation for almost 20 years and finds these tools ever-relevant to life in the 21st century. Her professional work with families is a wellspring of inspiration and has taught her about our deep capacity for physical and emotional resilience. Her two young kids help keep her present. She is a graduate of Willow Street’s teach training program and aims to help her students access love, joy, wonder and wisdom in life, just as it is.
