Lauren, a recovered runner and exercise aficionado, teaches a light-hearted yoga class that's friendly to all levels. She uses the traditional teachings and relates them to modern life to make class a place students can be contemplative while they move. Lauren has certifications in Hatha yoga, Kundalini yoga, and Ashtanga yoga, and also holds a certification in yoga for anxiety and trauma. She has been practicing a long time and teaching since 2012. Lauren lives in Takoma Park with her beloved family, ugly-cute terrier, and lots of flowers.
