I thought a MELT class might be “interesting,” so I tried it. I was so surprised that not only was my body so much better aligned after the class. But three days later when I attended a regular yoga class, I could hardly believe how much easier it was to do each pose. WOW! This class is fun, the teacher is gentle and caring and the long term effects are AMAZING! I'll be back!!!
Ty's background of 10 years in fitness and health/wellness, balanced by that of yoga practitioner and Reiki Master, offers a unique combination of both Stirha and Sukha.
