Absolutely love the Gentle and Restorative Yoga class with Miss Lorri. She is an amazing instructor and I look forward to refocus and rejuvenate every Wednesday.
Jordan is E-RYT 200 certified in Hatha and Vinyasa yoga, and as obtained over 1200 hours of teaching experience since the start of her career in 2014.
Jordan likes to bring a little bit of magick wherever she goes -- from an altar of oracle cards and essential oils, to giggling meditation.
You can come to your mat expecting an intelligently sequenced practice filled with empowering asanas, in a totally approachable fashion.
Taking from concepts like Whole Brain Learning, Tantrik based philosophy, and Myers Briggs personality styles, her classes are designed with integration in mind.
Using her trademark style of metaphorical cuing (building on your knowledge by using familiar concepts), emphasis on anatomical alignment, a bold sense of humor, and a deep call to action, it’s her intention that students begin to have a more holistic understanding of themselves.
Let this be a reminder that yoga comes with us off the mat when we leave class, no matter who or where we are. It’s our rituals -- not routines that keep us on track.
