I thought a MELT class might be interesting, so I tried it. I was so surprised that not only was my body so much better aligned after the class. But three days later when I attended a regular yoga class, I could hardly believe how much easier it was to do each pose. WOW! This class is fun, the teacher is gentle and caring and the long term effects are AMAZING! I'll be back!!!

I started practicing yoga in TYC in 2016 and I was immediately drawn to take a 200 hr teacher training with Ashley, Doreen and David at the Shraddha School of Yoga. My teacher training became such a transformational journey for me as I found myself diving deep in the study of Yoga Philosophies and developing a more conscious practice of asana and meditation. About the same time I completed my 200 hr training, I learned of a loved one’s diagnosis of breast cancer and this moved me to join the 50 hr teacher training with Be Well Yoga for Cancer Recovery to have an awareness of what cancer is and how yoga can be therapeutic and supportive in recovery.
