Really look forward to my Innet Vision yoga classes. Have recently taken Gentle Yin/Yang Flow and was able to focus on moments through breathing, allowed me to give my brain an escape from the busyness of the day. Really enjoyed the class and came to Resorative with Michelle on Sunday afternoon as well! They offer a lot of classes for any range of skill and the instructors are helpful with modification suggestions if needed as well. They live by the mindfulness that yoga is your practice, whatever it may be. ;-)
Cristina de Isasi started practicing yoga in 1995, captivated by its playful exploration of body movement and the peace she felt at the end of class. She uses an eclectic blend of styles, seeing them all as parts of a system that can help strengthen us and harmonize our lives. She has been teaching yoga since 2010, shortly after she was first certified by Inner Vision Yoga, where she later completed her 500-hour master-level certification. Her gentle encouragement and meditative style attempt to help people explore movement, focus, balance, strength and stillness, emphasizing that each person owns his or her practice, each of our bodies is unique, and each day is different. Cristina also holds a bachelor's degree in Journalism from Rutgers University, and a master's degree in Spanish from Arizona State University.
