Really look forward to my Innet Vision yoga classes. Have recently taken Gentle Yin/Yang Flow and was able to focus on moments through breathing, allowed me to give my brain an escape from the busyness of the day. Really enjoyed the class and came to Resorative with Michelle on Sunday afternoon as well! They offer a lot of classes for any range of skill and the instructors are helpful with modification suggestions if needed as well. They live by the mindfulness that yoga is your practice, whatever it may be. ;-)
Yoga has been an integral part of Beth’s life the past 25 years. A life-long athlete she was initially drawn to the asana component of yoga but soon embraced the peace, balance and mental well-being yoga offers on and off the mat. She trained with Mary Bruce and Christy Burnette and has been teaching since 2009. She encourages students to find proper alignment as well as mindful movement, centered breath, balance and ease in their practice. She is drawn to teaching classes on the “gentler” end of the yoga continuum and also loves teaching chair yoga to assisted care and nursing home residents. Beth is Yoga Certified and also holds a PhD in psychology.
