Really look forward to my Innet Vision yoga classes. Have recently taken Gentle Yin/Yang Flow and was able to focus on moments through breathing, allowed me to give my brain an escape from the busyness of the day. Really enjoyed the class and came to Resorative with Michelle on Sunday afternoon as well! They offer a lot of classes for any range of skill and the instructors are helpful with modification suggestions if needed as well. They live by the mindfulness that yoga is your practice, whatever it may be. ;-)
Ellen first began practicing Yoga regularly in her living room
in 2000 as an alternative to running which she found unfulfilling
and lacking. In 2004, a friend invited her to a Bikram Yoga class
and she was immediately hooked. Over the next ten years, Ellen’s
studies in yoga evolved to include a wide variety of styles
including Anusara, Barkan, and Yin yoga. She found that a regular
yoga practice increased her endurance, worked the whole body, and
made significant improvements to her health both physically and
mentally. Wanting to share the incredible mental and physical
benefits of yoga, Ellen began her journey to become a yoga
instructor in 2009 and received her 200 hour certification in
2010.
